I am not sure if you guys take energy drinks but me and a friend of mine where at the GYM the other day. He bought the following XS Energy Drinks – Cherry Blast from the following website www.lsoto5.qhealthbeauty.com. I'm telling you guys they are great
they are 0 carbs 0 sugar only 8 calories loaded with B12 vitamins and other minerals. We where with so much energy that we did some sparring, ran, played basketball and still where filling good after we where done.

How do you get "so much energy" from 8 calories?

Yah I am curious about this as welll do the red bulls and other drinks actually work I have never tried one.
