Hi, im doing some kickboxing normaly, but now im in the army, so im just lifting now, except for 1 day a week when I try to learn another one some boxing.
Boxing 1 day a week is way too little so I need a training program for the gym which works for boxing.. I dont want to become bigger, just faster and harder..
Anyone know of something?
