A lot of drills, conditioning, his virtual padworks are great and he covers a lot for both beginners and more advance levels.

When I began following channels my first was Expertboxing. I went from 'this is great, he really knows his stuff!' to 'hmm I don't know about that' to 'ok, this total BS'. Stay away from that guy, you'll have to sift through the nonsense.

Arrogant as hell also. Tried to explain the Dempsey falling step and when he was called out that he was incorrect in his execution, he replied that he had improved on Dempsey's original version....
At another time when he was told Yankello did it differently he replied "who has he coached?"(Only Roy Jones Jr.)
I forgot about PS. You are right. I like that one as well.

It must be worked in the gym. If you’re an experienced fighter you can pick up on tips but it all must be worked in the gym repeatedly.

                    Yup, by fighting.

I've watched sooo many new guys who throw nice shots in the mirror and then fall apart, slapping like a girl, once they start sparring. Just like girls. Sock 'em in the puss and ......... LMAO!!!.....Rockin'
