Feints, how do you get good at them?

If you do something really well, it'll usually dictate a good feint. If you have a good jab or double jab and a person feels it the first time, they'll start second guessing and that's all you need really.

If you have a big left hook and they know it. That turns into a good feint just by not throwing it. You could just pause for a second and they'll expect the left hook and there you have a good feint.

etc. etc.

Are you speaking from experience or just assumptions while watching on your television.

Perhaps I explained it wrong.

You first need a weapon to really get a good feint.

If you don't have anything, there's no point in pretending.

Anticipation is what makes it work but if they have nothing to anticipate. Well, there goes that.

I played basketball as well an I always treated a feint jab or a feint lead hook like a pump fake jump
Shot.
What I mean is you have to move a little bit like you are punching so they take the bait and defended. Just like with a pump fake to a jump
Shot you get the guy to block too early then you get a free shot right after.

You have to use sound effects like Roy Jones or else they're useless.

I seen an interview where Roy said he learned to fight watching animals fight. Sorta makes sense lol
