i dont bench, but yeah i do have a video onhere with me benching jus to show this dude i could bench 2plates cause he was doubting me. but at 16yrs and 140lbs my max was 280 and next year my weight was 150 and my max(well not a max,i had a goal i wanted for athletics) was 300. i got it up like i got up 225 in my video.but lifting weights is a waste of time, last time i wanted to lift was 4years ago, and that was jus to get stronger
