Can I exercise if I tested positive for covid

So yea I tested positive for covid. But i got a fight with my friends on january 6th or 9th...the doctor said i'll have covid until the 25th but honestly I need to be doing my training. at least running or hitting the bag at home. Can't find anything on google that says if you can exercise if you don't feel bad really.

You can work out at home a little bit but don't get in contact with your friends or anyone until you've tested negative! also make sure your getting enough nutrition, fluids and vitamins so don't be cutting weight while sick as it weakens your immune system.

No. You can infect people if you get near them. Just stay in the house.

You also have covid. Reschedule your play fights, unless ofcourse, they are looking to catch it. ........Rockin'

you mean to the gym ?

are you insane? ... dude, you are gonna kill everyone

            basically... DON'T MOVE !!

and no... do not run down to your club and tell everyone the news... and do not rush down to the supermarket to stock up, slaughtering hundreds in the process...

you infected motherfcukers need to HOLD YOUR POSITION... help is on the way... well, not exactly on the way but... you know what I mean

and do not over-burden the public health system... do your part to keep those services available for the needy

lets face it... you zombie guys likely need to do the right thing for America, and all go live together in the grand canyon or something... humanity has to look after us survivors now

No I’m talking about just going on runs...or at least exercising at home. I just heard that exercising while having COVID could mess up your lungs

This probably isn't the best place to ask for advice on infectious pathogens. Ask your doctor if it will compromise your lungs to do some cardio and go from there.

Cancel the fight, train when you are fully recovered.

Covid-19 is meant to attack the respiratory system, not worth dying for

Honestly, have you seen the survival rate of those who contracted the virus? It's 99.7%. The old and the sickly are the only ones that he would endanger.

This virus is less lethal than the flu...........Rockin'
