Ofcourse though, my body soon got used to it and worked through with strength. Knowing that you are in prime shape is a huge boost for your mind and skills. ........................Rockin'
It is worth it all.
I feel sorry for people who aren't able to experience it, and if everyone could... the world would be much different.

Never able to overcome my sleeping problem it's most important thing for a functioning.
I never had a fight i suppose to fight i didnt found an opponent and a fight at this covid19 times.

Do boxing four days per week, do physical strength, speed and flexibility training two days per week and take at least one full day off per week. Pay attention to your diet and your sleep. Get your cardiovascular/respiratory work as part of your training.
