What would be an ideal workout day for a small fighter?

    Your goals are to get bigger? THen it's an ego thing. It doesn't sound like you want to become a better boxer.

    It's simple. Work the weights 4 times a week and workout hard with varying exercises. You will see results. There is no ideal or perfect plan. If you work out you will see results, it's that simple.

    LIke I said though, training for 'function' is a different story.

    Oh yeah, and eat!!!!!!!1

      Why would any boxer want to put on weight and push himself into a higher weight class? Especially starting out, you should want to be as lean as humanly possibly. You want to be the big framed guy beating on the smaller guys a la Hearns and not the blown up Roberto Duran on the receiving end of the bigger guy's naturally stronger punch.

        Ok then I said it wrong. I thought it could possibly benefit me to gain weight. My main goal isn't to gain weight.
