  • Marvin Cook (True Boxer Stance) is back (?)

Been awhile since I posted, but I had random video pop up in my news feed and felt I had to share. Especially seeing as how often his videos would get rotation on here. I don't think there's been any activity on his account since 2013?

"True Boxer's Stance" was always a good resource.

A thumb sticking straight up in his jab hand. Good way to break it. Also, if he keeps slipping every right handers jab to his left he won't be doing these videos very long. His talking is one thing while his movements say another. I'd say that he learned his boxing in the pen. Boxing 51 or maybe 23 in my opinion........Rockin'

Also he is focused on speed of the hands and not with how a punch actually works dynamically ie using legs and as$ to add the power onto it
