Hello, I have anterior pelvic tilt and just came across this question that I never thought of. My question is, in my boxing stance, should my upper body be in a perfect, straight alignment with my hips and sternum, similar to proper human posture? Of course with anterior pelvic tilt, this is hard to achieve. My hips and back naturally arch back while I’m boxing, idk if this is an issue for boxing or not. Refer below to see what I mean when I describe being in perfect alignment and posture, but think of it as in a boxing stance.
