    Im 5'8" and a half maybe I think. 65.5 kg which is 144.1 lbs. I do no formal training, but have been doing pullups n pressups every other day for a month maybe more. I have a weak back. Im going to try some more.

          51 and it starts to get real hard , i aint done any in over a month though and ive been working all do so i guess thts ok
