    i never eat at McDeez, but the one day i did i went running a couple hours after and it was one of the worst runs i've ever had, not to mention that as soon as i was done i was headed for the crapper to pinch a huge loaf

      days i fight i jsut drink a protien shake or a nutriment
      early in the mourning

      i dont eat until after my fight
      even if i fight real late

      i be too hyped to worry bout eating
