          Yes. And is awkward at first when you soar or go against someone like that. And really difficult when it is the other way around but that is typically because someone is always sitting on their shots.

                  Fast twitch muscle fiber is the same for the legs as the hands... So the only way you would be slow in your legs is if you have excessive weight and poor training.
