    Theres nothing worse than a noob fighter that cant do it properly with his body , ie move form teh centre of gravity from your hips, I mean foot work, horrible to see a novice get fcuked up and tpo see novice fighters in general go at it, suhc a unbalanced shambles where they look horrible and cant get shots off or stay safe or move


    You tend to "tip" and fall forward, and rotate off balance , get unstable, slow telegraphic unable to go on offence or defend properly etc hate that

      knees bent more feel the weight of your ass keep u in place and stable, relax legs thighs more , have to feel teh weight of your butt make you stable

      Kind have to move like a chess piece with the weight low kness bent thighs relaxed hips relaxed, feel so your weight is in teh right place ie low


      There are different styles but u gotta move liek a chess piece non curved steps weight low usually
