best time to do roadwork other then morning?

just wondering what's a good time to do roadwork other then early in morning, reason I can't do it in the morning is cuz I work from 6 A.M to 12 P.M. Should I do around 8 or so? after boxing training?

Just do it whenever you have time. It's not that hard.

You will have to, but it might affect your sleep. Either that or alternate the hard workout one day with and easy workout and running the next.

it isn't. don't believe everything you read, do some research and you'll understand, instead of listening to some second hand info.

Exactly. Morning isn't best for roadwork. Just as long as you do it is the point. I personally like to do it in the morning because it gives me energy for the rest of my day.

^^I feel you. I always have to swim before bed otherwise I stay up all night. I swim at night 1 hour before bed and do roadwork after waking up.

fook i wish i had a pool i could always swim in. I'd swim in my neighbors at night but i make lots of noise when i swim, im like 270 lbs and i swim hard, with my legs and everything, so i splash alot..im pretty quick in the water too...as a kid i swam on a team for a month or 2...didnt really like it but as a result ive always been a pretty good swimmer . Kinda hard for me to find time to swim, either gotta do it real early when they're all asleep and risk wakin em up, or do it late at night when i get off from boxing when they're tryin to goto sleep...real pain in the ass. I love swimming though, and feel the benefits from it when the soreness fades and I do bagwork. Very good exercise for boxing...

and yea it's real nice to work yourself hard before going to sleep. when i say hard i mean goin to that other place beyond exhaustion where you start thinking about what if i have a heart murmur etc. its when you cooldown from that point that you really feel relaxed, and honestly it's kind of addicting it feels so good relaxing in my bed after doing some hard roadwork or 20x3 hard laps in the pool
