    Calesthetics.

    how often, and how much do you do....and when in your work out do you do them.......

    i know i got alotta questions....but im curious to know what exactly everyone does when it comes to calesthetics...cause i need to build muscle/burn fat but i dont want to start lifting weights........thanx..

        Search for it. It's been answered many times before.

        But anyways. I do my calisthenics everyday except for weekends. I do them about 3-5 hours after roadwork and 3-4 hours before boxing training. I do 10 sets of each exercise and my reps vary exercise to exercise.

            No problem. But start off easy. Maybe do 5 sets and weekly, add another set.
