    Gymnastics

So as a child I did gymnastics and was quite good, 12 years later I am returning to it but am going to train myself as I know what I am doing but how beneficial would it be for footwork, balance, reactions and over all stamina and anything else I've missed out?

Many boxers do dancing etc but I feel I could easily pick gymnastics up quite quickly due to having a past in it. Opinions?

    Good for strength I imagine.

For boxing footwork you need to actually practice boxing footwork, though.

      I agree with this.

I’d say gymnastics will be good for developing fast twitch muscles and strength/conditioning.
