    How to ruin A good steak?

    Yo I got beaf! What I would do, is twirl the fork in the bowl
    full of spaghetti. When I had a big glob of spaghetti wrapped
    around the fork then I would get a spoon and from underneath
    scoop the glob of spaghetti with the spoon and shove the whole
    glob in my mouth.



    What do you find to be a good source of carbs? Protein deficiency

        Burning it would ruin the steak. I prefer to eat it with ketchup, a habit since a kid.
