I started jumping rope in the beginning it helped me in strengthening the muscles and boosting the stamina. After some time i added other exercises for getting accuracy in kicks. I started lateral jumps, depth jumps and long jumps for gaining focus and accuracy in kicks, but i think for boosting the stamina jumping rope helped me much.

What mental state are you in.

This forum is not the answer!

Your chin gets tucked inside your shoulder.
Your jab hand is in front of your face at the
side of you cheek. The other hand is along
side your jaw. As your fists leave there position
they have to come back to there original position.

          All of it is important.

He stopped listening to the trainers.

          WHY?

When doubling up you have the option on pulling back half
way and now snapping and stepping into the second jab.

This is bad for the reason that it's dangerous.

When I joined. I wasn't allowed in the ring for six months.
What did I do? They don't show it on the net. It's not here.

                  A little knowledge is dangerous.
