I had nasal surgery today and I am not going to be able to do anything physical to get my body temperature up, so exercise is out of the question. Just wondering if there's any good books, online articles, etc. about techniques, drills, or anything? Links or whatnot are appreciated.

I've had allergies all my life, so the docs finally decided to roto-rooter my ass (nose). It feels great so far, but I have to spit blood every half-minute. That part sucks. Thanks for asking, though, seriously.

i swear if i get that i would be 1 happy mofo.cause i have the worst allergies in the world,i cant ever breath right and my chest is always conjested.so how much was it i wanna see about how much i would pay for it
