    Food of the Gods.

A sushi bar just opened up a block from my work. Rice, raw (or cooked) fish, veggies. They're running a special right now, $4.00 for 12 pieces. Zero fat. Made while you watch. Loving it!

Ran 4 miles, am now eating raw food. Mmm. . . raw food. . . .

$4 for 12 pieces is awesome! What are they, California rolls? My favorites are California (crab and avacado), Tuna, and Alaska (salmon and avacado) rolls.

      Nothing beats sushi.

The deal is for a combo to go: you can choose California rolls, shrimp and cucumber, ****y tuna rolls (raw tuna and seaweed), or smoked-eel rolls. I got three of each. The eel took some courage but it's not bad. Their pickled ginger is green, which is kinda weird, but it's good.

I'll be hitting it for lunch until they take the special away. They also have an organic green tea that only has 60 calories a bottle, very lightly sweetened, with a slight green apple flavor to it. Real nice. I'm feeling REALLY GOOD right now. I love how I feel after I eat healthy, clean food. It's like the engine is burning high octane.

Heck, a tapeworm might help me make middleweight.

I always make Alaska sushi at home

I have a huge year supply of sushi rice.
I get the wraps in china town for pennies.
And I get hook ups on salmon.

My problem is that I eat 3 rolls in one meal.

3 rolls is about 18-22 peices.

So I usualy bust my ass making enough to last me 3 days or so

That's why you don't want eat at some shady sushi place. Generally, Japanese restaurants are very clean, and the fish and seafood are very fresh and are kept fresh. You won't get worms.

Believe it or not, a lot of Japanese restaurants and/or sushi bars in America are owned and operated by Koreans. Even the cooks are Koreans. Interesting huh?

I really like the house special in each sushi restaurant. My favorite is the Sadako Crunch Roll. It's so good but it's about $1.25 a pop.

Watch out hepatitis can be spread through that way...

I cant say I practice what I preach because Sushi is a vital part of my dieting majority of the time.

So eat it up, since it hasnt been sitting out all day...

All chinese places suck here they slap sushi on a cookie tray and put the tray over ice...It's usually warm.
