    Kidney punch

    Bad pain in kidney but no other symptoms. Doc given ibuprofen and that's it

      Good that you saw a doc. Makes sense that it hurts but the kidney have really amazing recuperative abilities. If it doesn't settle down in a few days let the doc know. Make sure you're eating well. I'd avoid booze or anything hard on the kidneys.

        I took a shot to the jaw that lasted a week of soreness. I fear the kidney punch.

          Been a few days, avoided booze and all that still virtually the same pain from day 1 will see how it goes over next few days

            give it a week it'll go away shouldnt be something you cant tolerate.

                    My coach trained me best about how to defend a punch to kidney. My friend once punched at belly, but he got the pain after some days, doctor advised some painkillers, and drinking lot of water.
