Boxers tend to have big shoulders because... boxing.
I've have good shoulders and I credit it to compound upper-body exercises (rows at various angles, incline press, etc) followed by a few isolation exercises as finishers to further target them. I don't waste a lot of time doing isolation though as the compound stuff + regular boxing is what grows them.
