        This. If your breathing too rapidly and all tensed up, stamina will deteriorate quickly. Learn to breath and relax in sparring and use this in the ring. Don't tense up or use your upper body muscles except when needed to punch or move. Also yes, you're gonna need some tougher opponents in sparring to get it right. Much more difficult to breath and relax when being pressured by a skilled fighter who is hurting you.

          I think everybody is different.You need to adapt the right training for your body-type. Likewise always pay attention to your biofeedback .

              I don't understand why people who box don't lose weight. When I train I lose all fat very quickly.
