    Sauna Suits for Water Weight?

I saw the likes of Canelo use the Sauna Suit during his training and had an interest in buying one for my training.

Is it a hoax or will this help during training?

Just with water weight or can it help burn fat?

only for cutting before a weigh in and a large plastic bag would do exactly the same thing

Seems like a recipe for overheating and landing yourself on the ropes before the fight even starts.

Saunas are great for post-workout recovery, but shedding water weight for a weigh-in with this method strikes me as risky. Dehydration can zap your energy and focus in the ring – not exactly a winning formula. There are safer ways to cut water weight that won't leave you feeling like a wrung-out dishcloth. Speaking of saunas, have you folks seen these new outdoor saunas? https://solasauna.com/outdoor-saunas imagine sweating it out under the stars after a tough training session. Now that's an experience!
