  • Workout Recovery at home

Looking for methods or the best ways to get your body in recovery without external sources such as cryotherapy. Should I just fill my bathtub with ice and jump in? Recommended legal supplements or certain food to add to the diet?

Yes, ice baths heals your muscles and also swimming helps as well hot tubs!

Eat fruits and mushrooms to help additional healing as well!

What are the benefits of mushrooms? Anti inflammatory or something?

Thanks! I have weird reactions to fruit and decide to leave them out of my diet. I can' t consume fresh fruit but get my servings from yogurt and other replacements. I am sure they work the same

Mushrooms help with relaxing nerves in your muscles as well as help prevent damage to tissue in your muscles!
