i sneezed and then right after had a Horriable pain in my chest , I think i pulled a Muscle but any thoughts

it's more of a soreness whenever i breath it almost feels like i got the wind knocked out of me

Is it near the lung? Because it could be allergies but then again, it's summertime and you can't get those pains in your chest which is usually from cold air sickness.
