That theory is true to a degree, but you don't need to avoid cooked food entirely- just cut down on it significantly, and eat more raw fruits and vegetables. You're not doing harm to yourself by ingesting cooked chicken and rice, but you should definitely eat more fruit and vegetables than anything else.
Yeah, after I kept thinking about the principles of Frutiarians and about what my goals are with boxing and myself fitness wise, I realized that I wouldn't go with a fruits diet...because I just need my protein. But I'm definately going to start adding more fruits to my diet.
