I'd imagine, like you said, it would be good for a detox for your colon or something, but I would not think that it was a good diet at all.
It's missing so much, protein is essential, AND you have to remember you'd be missing so much FAT. You need fat for lots of things including healthy hormone production. I've known many guys who went on diets that were very low - virtually no fat at all almost, and their testosterone plummetted.
I dno how the weather is where you are right now, but over here its SOOO HOT and that fruit diet sounds pretty refreshing right now lol.

Fat's I can get from avacadoes which supply a good amount. IDK, I might try this out for a few months and see what happens.

Ok, I don't know why because I've seen a few beefed up guys who eat only fruit. I considered trying it but it just makes no sense at all.

Why restrict yourself to just fruit though? Just eat some chicken and brown rice or whatever else you want in addition to a ****load of fruit. It's definitely a good idea to ingest more fruit but what cosmic force is keeping you from eating meat and other stuff on the side?

That theory is true to a degree, but you don't need to avoid cooked food entirely- just cut down on it significantly, and eat more raw fruits and vegetables. You're not doing harm to yourself by ingesting cooked chicken and rice, but you should definitely eat more fruit and vegetables than anything else.
