    Steak

I heard from someone on here that Mike Tyson ate only steak pasta and fruit juice in his prime. But Steak is hard to digest, and the longer it stays in you the more toxins it gives off. Surely Steak shouldnt be eaten often?

The protein in steak is more like a person's than fish, chicken, or plants, therefore easier to digest and use.....

I wish I could eat steak all day. It's just too damn expensive and long to cook.
