    Running with a chest infection

So I've had it for some time now but today I've felt a lot better but I'm still not well, I decided to go for a run and just did terrible. I mean running for 4-5 minutes and feeling done.

This is probably a ****** question, but is it because of my chest infection do you think? Have any of you ran with a chest infection before and just done terrible, or have I lost my fitness/motivation?

You shouldn’t run or do any physical activity for that matter if you have a disease and not 100 percent recovered. It’ll lead to a poor workout and worse symptoms after. Your better off getting it taken care of 100 percent so the next time you workout, you have your full strength and potential.

Nah man, I've literally just tried the same thing, and it hasn't worked out for me... With things like that you just have to force yourself to lay back and wait until it passes over.

Agreed. You make it 10 times worse when forcing the issue.
