Every day that you are in the gym you should work both. Rest days are just as important as the days that you put in work. Rest days give your body time to rebuild after breaking your muscles down in your work outs all week...…...Rockin'

I’m in the gym on Tuesday’s, Thursday’s, and Saturday mornings. On the days I am not, are you recommending that I do nothing at all? Or something light like a mile, body weight workouts?

Practice what you have learned. Don't do it sloppy though because you will develop bad habits that are hard to break. Shadow boxing is very underrated. You actually have more rest days than you have work days. On your days off, get out and run. Shadow box, just do something with your body and the skills that you have learned on your days off. Do take one day of rest though, maybe go out for an easy walk. Break your muscles down for 6 days and rest for one to let them rebuild stronger...…. Rockin'

Rockin' still giving good advice. He and Redd Fox have a wealth of knowledge they are willing to share. Many thanks.
