    I have same situation like you. In my case I training everyday by program Arnold. Its almost workout for your biceps and triceps. Maximum hand load and burns fat. I advice read this article https://workoutme.com/arnold-biceps-and-triceps-workout

      Just put on the weights and go, it only increases risk of injury. That means 2 things to me, be careful & don't be a p.ssy.
