Neither steroids nor steroid precursors are legal. Here in the States, they are a Class 3 drug just like heroin. Anyone who would sell steroids to a stranger is either very dumb, which is doubtful, or selling a bill of goods. Even many over-the-counter drugs will cause a urine test failure in officially sanctioned events, amateur and professional. The only legal steriod is that which you naturally produce yourself.

yeah, my advice is simply don't take them. Chances are if the the FDA knew about this doctor who was prescribing steriods just for athletic performance enhancement, he would be in a lot of trouble.
