You should be able to accomplish that with moderate cardio and a good diet. I went from 200-210 to 180ish in a couple months that way fairly easily. I think I'm taller than you though (6'2) and you're a lot bulkier than I am. You look a little chunky but it's quit proportionate. Whereas I was more of a lanky dude with a bit of a gut and fat ass.

Do u think I could get to 178lbs division? I'd need to be walking around at approx 185. so do i have 22lbs of fat to lose? based on that pic?

If im lean at like 190, should i maximise my advantages (power and strength) and beef up to fight at the 201lb weight class?

Don’t want to sound harsh but I think you can hit 164 and still not be cut.

Depending on the metabolism, that can be done in a month with the right diet, workouts

UPDATE: Im sitting at 184. How much more do u guys think i got to lose? im thinking ill be pretty cut after another 12-13lbs.

I entered USMC boot Camp at 180 lbs. Left at 146. I went from being called gordito to being called flaco!
