I do pullups and press ups one day and hand grips., and crunches, and stomach tensing exercises on the other. Do you think I can do them every day or not? Thankyou.

you can for a few days in a row, but you might end up burning yourself out. i don't know how much intensity is involved, or how much resistance those grippers provide so i can't be sure. i wouldn't do it 7 days a week that's for sure, your body needs some time to recover. what are you doing for cardio?

Nothing, I have some medical problems so cardio is difficult. Its a back and hip problem. If I was to do cardio, it would be punchouts / punchdrills

no muscle can be worked every day
period
overtraining would be pretty hard with bodyweight exercises
but variety is the key
you sound like you wannna get in shape
try weight training
if you want some weight routines or anything just ask

Im confused. So I can or cannot train the same muscles every day with bodyweight exercises. ie pull ups and push ups. Would I be better doing loads of them one day and resting the next. Or doing like ten every day. Pullups. Or like 30 press ups every day.
Go all out every other day.
Some every day
all out every day
Thankyou, and thanks for your offer for the weights thing

id say a bodyweight routine should be done like this about 3 times a week
3 sets of 25 pushups
3 sets of 10 pullups/chinups
3 sets of 50 situps
grip exercises
but not everyday
