just want to know what to expect. Also since the class is gonna be like an hour long, should I do any other workout like hitting the heavy bag or something after it ends or just come back again next time?? plus how many times a week do you think I should train since I'm a beginner?

boxing class? u mean its in a fitness gym or something

no it's a real gym, actually a kickboxing gym but the trainer who's gonna be training people for boxing is teaching at the kickboxing gym now cuz the city shut down his boxing club for some reason. But they compete and everything, so it's probably ok..

it's not a health club that's for sure, everythings pretty run down from what I've seen when I went there a few days back

Just go there, do your best. If you're not totally exhausted, being a beginner and all, ask the coach what he thinks you should do.

you shouldnt just start hitting the bag afterwards if its your first day cause you will devolop bad habbits. unless you coach already showed you a couple punches and says yuou should practice them
