Red and Hypnos already hit on about all of it. I'll just add for you to bring that left back home. What I mean is you leave it out there a bit after throwing and come back with it low. I know you're just hitting the bag but as they said you need to act as if it's hitting back and that's just begging to be countered if you don't bring that hand back to protect yourself. Good stuff though man
