    Stretching

How often do you all stretch. I’m getting into the habit of it when the time is there, I usually do thirty seconds to one minute.

i stretch after every session, so 3 times a week, i usually do around 2-5 minutes for the entire body.

5 minutes is some serious stretching.

Every night before training for 1 minute and right before training for around 90 seconds. That's thankfully kept injuries away for over a year.

I think stretching is overrated. For warming-up, I just ease my way into things, maybe a few dynamic stretches but nothing religious, if you are working out most days you should pretty loose anyway. Some deep static stretches post-workout is good every now and then, but again, I don't see why it should be a matter of routine.
