    Training routine- is this overtraining?

    My routine
    Day 1:
Morning (4am): full body kettlebell circuit
1.Swing superset with reverse lunges and overhead press, 4 sets with 30 seconds rest between each set
    2. One arm cleans superset with high pulls and front squat, 4 sets with 30 seconds rest between each set.
    3. 2 mile jog
Evening (3pm): strictly only boxing, agility and bodyweight workouts
    Day 2:
2 miles in the morning, only boxing, agility and bodyweight in the evening.

The full body circuit and the rest of that workout in day 1, the 2nd day is bodyweight agility and boxing , 3rd day rest, and those days are repeated.

Looks fine to me. Here's my typical week -
        Monday - boxing gym 2-2 1/2 hours
        Jump rope 30 mins
        Circuit training 30 mins
        Bags/pads 45 mins
        Sparring 15 - 45mins

        Tuesday - weights 1 - 1/2 hours
        Back
        Biceps
        Legs

        Wednesday - boxing
        Repeat of Monday

        Thursday- weights 1 -1/2 hours
        Chest
        Shoulders
        Triceps

        Friday - boxing
        Repeat of mon/wed

I sometimes get a 1 to 1 in over the weekend as well

            Everyone is different.

Overtraining to you may be undertraining to others.

5 mile run may be overtraining to you but a warm up to me.

That would be some kind of warmup.

Jesus - how does sparring feel after 90 to 105 minutes of training? I'd honestly struggle to get past six rounds after 30 to 40 minutes of cardio.

                  We're in agreement on that.

yeah it seems a but much before sparring. Especially to actually "work" on things during sparring, would make sense to be fresh. I usually only do a few rounds of shadow boxing before sparring then get some extra work in after sparring if I'm feeling good.
