    If you can slip and move punches it will set up your offence the best. I had lots of amateur fights and I ate up all these aggressive guys. The guys who gave me
    Problems were boxers who were quicker or slicker than me.
    If you don’t learn properly from the beginning you will develop bad habits.
    For example I was always taught right from the beginning after I fire I move my head and step off to the side and then fire again.
    Maybe I didn’t make my self clear I don’t mean you should fight defensively but I think it’s important to
    Mix Defense with offence. Almost every time I have dropped a guy it’s right after I slipped a shot.

        I have some tapes but literally tapes. If anyone remembers the old cameras that would record on a tiny tape and then you could pop it into a big vhs thing to play on a vcr. So I guess the answer is no.

          These days you can get those converted to DVD. I've done it myself with old home movies
