Good man its your fcuking braIN BEING SMASHED AROUND THE LEAST U CAN DO IS PROTECT it, SO MANY NEGATIVE HEALTH IMPACTS CAN COME FROM BRAIN TRAUMA , its so mad they dont all have thick necks because its so easy to build and its so dangerous health wise especially as u get older u will see the impact

Also the whole upper body girdle so your traps especially help support your head, which is anotehr reason why wrestlers can take a shot, but even with wrestlers they still do bodyweight exercises and not enough mass/quality is produced holyfield had alot of mass built u may not be able to get that much but anyone shd be able to be reminiscent of him

I mean even if you just want to be an effective fighter and dont care about health a strong chin is one of the most effective possible assets you can have, so why they dont all maximize it is beyond me

One of the women at my gym is attempting to start up a CBD business. She says it’s kind of complicated to deal with the FDA and the licensing. She’s getting help from some partners.

Anyways, she says it can improve many areas of your overall health.

She gave me a topical balm for a back injury that’s been bothering me. I can definitely feel a soothing sensation when I work it in.

Apparently from what I’ve read, taking it orally, sublingual, is supposed to increase bioavailability.

I looked it up. It’s really expensive and my hours have been getting cut. Still might be worth it though.

Professional fighters should be allowed to smoke marijuana. The benefits are phenominal.

Of course a guy can't come out to fight right after burning one but professional boxers should be recommended by doctors to smoke the stuff......Rockin'

Dude just the immense amount of stress that training in general will put on an athletes body, it should be a requirement for ALL sports athletes to smoke up.

All professional athletes should be required to smoke up when not in competition. Except for pu$$y sports, like hopscotch.

The CBD cream I have is working good for me. Great actually. Have a friend who is a distributer for beauty industry and health products. Its a new product, so I was lucky enough to get this one for free but will need to pay in the future, about $40 for a decent size jar. Trying to conserve it for when I really need it, but I can see this lasting till this fall if my GF doesn't dip into it too much.

Otherwise, yeah I don't burn before sparring or practice. Sometimes before a long run though...helps with the runners high
