Same here had it a few times from getting caught but it has always went away after a week or so.

I like these with the holes in the middle. You can get plenty of air while still keeping your jaw shut tight. I will lnot go back to single upper after using this one

I once had jaw soreness after sleeping on one side of my face for like 10 hours.
