    Bruised knuckles

I had a problem with the skin initially. I think the skin has thickened as I have been doing exercises like press ups on my fists. The problem I have now is the bruising of the knuckles on my right hand.

My hands and wrists are weak. I wrap my hands well and for issues like skinned knuckles I would use cotton wool pads.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Stop doing pushups on your fists...

Wrist curls (back AND forward), hammer curls, and pull ups with the palms facing forward. Don’t wrap TOO tight on the wrist when you hit the bag. You want support not a cast.

what you wanna do, is 'bear crawl on your fists' around your back or front yard. **** the neighbors, this game is absolute. after two hours per day of this technique, rest periods when needed, you will develop tougher skin around your knuckles.

all bull**** aside, incorporate clean and jerks and yoga 2x wk

Use skin healer creams for the visual issues.

Pain etc, lots of deep heat and flexibility exercises
