Have been doing a super low caloric intake day (1500 cals or less) followed by a higher caloric intake day (closer to 2000 calories). Burning 550+ calories each time I run 4 miles (4.25 including cooldown), can't really calculate how many I'm burning during boxing training and sparring but probably 800-1000.

Down to 13.5-14% body fat and down a few lbs. Water % is over 60% as well so could cut out a bit of water intake or stop the creatine and lose a few more.

Will get an official weight waking up tomorrow, but currently waking up at 156. Tomorrow morning I think it'll be closer to 154.5.
Sounds like your gonna make it with room to spare, no problem. I bet you could make it to 147 if need. I don’t understand why they raised welterweight to 152. Does anyone have a comment on that

Taha has plenty of heart. You can tell by how hard he trains. I think you're jealous of his youth and that he still has a chance to do what you could never do - become a world champion.

I don't know about that lol. Getting pretty slim.

Update: Under 13% body fat now. Down to about 154 waking up. Training has intensified and training 2 sometimes 3 times a day so upping the caloric intake a bit more. Water % still over 60% at all times so have some extra water I could burn if need be. I've been lifting twice a week still, but split it up into lower and upper body (supersets with plyometrics) Sunday is lower body, Wednesday is upper body. Will be adding in uphill sprints and plyometrics with the medicine ball in the upcoming weeks.

So currently on track! A little over 4 weeks left.

As of today I am officially on weight at 152 (after some oats and protein powder for breakfast, rehydrating, and a small lunch).

It looks like I've lost about 2 and a half lbs of muscle, but will be lifting a couple more times before cut off for the tournament, so will try to change the composition of my weight a little bit more (drop a bit more fat and put on a lb or two of muscle). Down to 12% body fat, sometimes coming in at 11%, water percentage still at 62%, I'll take some pics on the scale eventually.

Will be excited to eat about 4-500 more calories each day, but at this point I'm actually pretty used to the caloric restriction and it hasn't been affecting my energy levels and performance much.
