    Just curious.

I can never drink more than a glass of water per... two hours or so. So I can't imagine myself drinking 10 lbs of water in one day. But I guess your body asks for it after a weigh in.

    Anyone here lived that experience?

    It’s more than just drinking!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s more eating it back rather than just fluids.

Feels super at the time, as stuffing my face with pasta but next day just want to sleep!!

I guess you have the weigh in at the same day you fight, correct?

        Pretty comfortable, tbh.

First time traveling to West Africa, I ended up dropping about 20lbs over the course of about 4 weeks; since we were moving around so much, I only touched water when I felt thirsty, ignoring that it was basically 90°+ the whole trip.

Landed back stateside, and simply returning back to regular eating, the 20lbs of water were back on within 3-4 days.

The body refills that lost moisture by any means necessary, and you only get back to regular urine when things have been sort of refilled

After my last hangover where I lost 11 pounds from puking, I felt great rehydrating.

I've had too many mornings like that in the past so just stick to pot and leave the alcohol alone now lol
