Thank you for watching, I'm glad if it helps you. I just want to say that I'm not a coach, and I started stating it in my videos, out of respect to the coaches who are putting in the work with fighters every day in the gym. I'm talking out of my personal experience and from what I learned studying fights, but I humbly believe i'm on point. BUT (A BIG BUT) never forget that your coaches are not going show you all the fancy moves from all the fighters and that you won't be able to use some, if not many of those movements the right way before perfecting many other less exotic, fundamental moves. I'm telling you that because I don't want to sound as an youtube Mr know it all "coach". Enjoy your trainings! -
