  • Food intake at the Training Day.

If you opt to train two times daily like a boxer, here is a good example of what your daily nutrition will appear like:
Consume a fluid carbohydrate pre-training supplement comprising 60 to seventy percent carbohydrates just before your early early morning workout. During your work out, sip on one or two bottles of liquid replacement drink. Rigtht after your workout, consume recovery fuel comprising 70 to eighty percent carbohydrate.
With regard to breakfast, consume the whole-wheat bagel along with peanut butter, the banana and 6 egg whites. For any mid-morning snack, consume an apple, the can of veggie juice, almonds along with a protein drink then a 12-inch poultry sub on whole-wheat breads with vegetables as well as cheese for lunch time.
Prior to your own afternoon workout, repeat the pre-training energy from earlier then a post work out recovery supplement that contains 70 to eighty percent carbohydrates. For lunch, consume a grilled chicken white meat, whole-wheat pasta along with sauce, vegetables along with a salad. Consume a protein drink 1 hour before bed.

Who, other than a full-time pro, is training twice a day?

I do it on a Saturday occasionally but no way do I have the time/energy to do that on weekdays when there's 8 or so hours of work in there too.
