When I was boxing I found the most effective way to Slip and duck shots was to
Be in the habit of always moving my head left to right a little bit. Then when the punch comes I would be able to
Just exaggerate the way my head was already moving. Instead of trying to
      Just react to the punches.

If you're looking to hit a guy, and he's never in the same spot, it makes it very difficult to land cleanly. Even guys like Pac, who don't have the best defense, make themselves hard to hit by having unpredictable movement and rhythm.

            Three reasons

            1. Habit

            2. Creating openings

            3. Studying how the opponent reacts to his movement
