all id suggest is an elbow support, strengthen the muscles around the elbow and avoid the aggravating exercises. prolotherapy has very little evidence behind it and is expensive, same with stem cell therapy for MSK conditions. dont know how scans work in your country but it might be worth getting an MRI done if available

As would I. See an orthopedic surgeon specializing in elbows, tell him your story, get an MRI, and make a follow-up visit to discuss the results of the MRI and your treatment options.

MRI is ideal for this, but keep in mind some just don't have means to get one done. Also, guess I'm the type who will try everything possible to work though an injury before going to see a doctor. part of it is being a stubborn old bastard and the other is I don't fully trust Doctors and big pharma etc...

                  I know
I know people who are constantly going to the doctor. I hate it that the medical field treats the symptoms rather than the root cause. 90% or the time the root cause is diet and sedentary lifestyle. People are so used to taking a pill or cutting it out with surgery, they don’t even think there may be another way. This way they can continue with their poor diet and over eating which is making them sick
